Role Overview
As the RF Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating various high-frequency tasks essential for product development. From characterizing RF sub-systems to overseeing antenna activities and product certification, you’ll be at the heart of our innovation engine. Your responsibilities will include driving the development and implementation of RF systems, managing PCB fabrication and assembly, and ensuring the smooth operation of our RF laboratory and antenna characterization processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate high-frequency tasks for product development, including RF sub-system characterization and antenna activities.
- Develop and implement RF systems, overseeing PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
- Manage the RF laboratory and antenna characterization, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers to design complex PCB structures at RF and microwave frequencies.
- Design, simulate, and characterize high-frequency modules for radar applications, utilizing modern PCB EDA tools.
- Conduct system-level RF modeling using Keysight Pathway or Ansys EDA tools, ensuring compliance with certification standards.
- Perform electromagnetic modeling and simulation of PCBs and passive components, coordinating Bill of Materials and logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on electromagnetics, antenna, and RF systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in RF PCB design, utilizing Altium, Allegro, or Orcad.
- Proficiency in Keysight Pathway and Ansys EM tools for RF system development.
- Strong skills in EM modeling and simulations, with experience in radar applications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Python language is a plus.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English.
